Andy's Tasting Notes:
Exuding sleekness, sophistication, and an exquisite sense of elegance, this wine is a true embodiment of refined pleasure.
Subtle yet pronounced hints of juicy black cherry, accompanied by a delicate blend of spices and seamlessly integrated cedary oak, create a captivating sensory experience.
The soft, harmoniously interwoven tannins and well-balanced fresh acidity contribute to the wine's overall appeal. Its delicate nature will enchant enthusiasts of Burgundy wines while also captivating those fond of New World expressions.
Producer notes - The philosophy behind Laissez-Faire wines, meaning "let it be," exemplifies our hands-off approach to winemaking.
Although drawing inspiration from organic, biodynamic, and natural wine practices, we do not adhere rigidly to any particular doctrine. We prioritize healthy and sustainable vineyard practices and strive for transparency in our winemaking process, minimizing interventions between the vine and the final wine. Laissez-Faire wines are crafted without the addition of tannins, acids, or animal-based fining products.
Sulphur is completely avoided throughout winemaking, with only a minimal amount added at the time of bottling. Our focus is on utilizing alternative grape varieties and carefully blending to achieve naturally balanced wines.
From vine to bottle, our wines are allowed to evolve naturally, unencumbered by intervention.
Note:
Occasionally, a wine’s vintage or label may change without prior notice from the producer. We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date. If you receive a different vintage than the one ordered, it simply means the previous vintage has sold out.
If you require a specific vintage, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to meet your request.
