Production Notes
Shelter Winery farms its vineyards organically without herbicides or pesticides. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged in oak barrels to enhance structure while preserving the delicate character of Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby in colour with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, complemented by floral hints, subtle spice and gentle earthy notes. The palate is fresh and elegant with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a smooth, balanced finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
