Quails’ Gate Dry Riesling is a celebration of  this versatile grape and our unique terroir. Our Riesling vines are now more than 30 years old. These established roots extend deep into our ancient soils, giving characteristic minerality as well as greater intensity and complexity to the finished wine.
 
Another classic example of  our Quails’ Gate Riesling, the 2019 vintage is crisp, dry and refreshing with wonderfully balanced acidity. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed with a long, cool ferment in stainless steel tanks which enhanced the aromatics of  the wine and its vibrant fresh fruit character.

Aromas of lime, green apple and stone fruit emerge first on the nose, with hints of citrus blossom and pineapple.
On the palate, the wine is dry, zesty and bright with green apple and key lime with a long, refreshing stony finish.
This dry Riesling pairs perfectly with Asian-style salads infused with coriander and lime, or your favourite vegetable and fish dish. Enjoy with a Vietnamese Lemongrass Vermicelli bowl, Thai fish cakes, lightly smoked or cured salmon or trout, or a seafood cocktail made with prawns or crab. This wine is also the perfect accompaniment to soft cheeses such as creamy Brie, Camembert or Feta cheese, served with lightly pickled veggies.
