Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle skin contact before fermentation with native yeasts. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and rests on fine lees to preserve freshness and natural CO₂, resulting in a lively and vibrant style with minimal intervention.

Light golden in colour with aromas of apricot, white peach and citrus blossom. The palate is fresh and lively with notes of stone fruit, grapefruit and a subtle mineral edge, supported by vibrant acidity and a clean, energetic finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
