Nectar Impérial is the most exotic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Rich and lively, Nectar Impérial is built around the structure of pinot noir, with a demi-sec dosage providing a sumptuous yet fresh sweetness.
 
Grape Variety - Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), Meunier (30 to 40%), Chardonnay (10 to 20%)
Dosage - Demi-Sec (45 g/litre)
Colour - Bold yellow with golden highlights
Nose - Exotic and stone fruits: pineapple, mango, mirabelle plum and apricot. A subtle hint of vanilla.
Palate - Exotic and stone fruit flavors with fresh notes of grapefruit.
Occasion - Spicy Indian and Chinese dishes or blue veined cheeses. Foie gras with freshly-milled black pepper.Salmon in sweet and sour sauce. Grilled pineapple accompanied by mango sorbet flavoured with ginger and pepper.
