Owned and managed by Englishman Bill Boulter, this nine-hectare boutique estate produces reliably high-quality wines each year, showcasing the elegance of right bank Bordeaux. The Merlot-dominated claret features soft and restrained fruit with good concentration and freshness, accompanied by developed oak spices. Preferring to let the wines speak for themselves, Boulter and his winemaking partner Michel Danlos craft excellent wines that are just coming into their prime, making them a great match for lamb, duck, or other game birds.
