Production Notes
Produced in small batches at the historic Polmos Żyrardów distillery using 100% organic Dankowskie Diamond rye. Distilled using a meticulous process designed to enhance texture and depth while preserving rye character. No additives, sugar or artificial flavours are used, in line with strict Polish vodka regulations.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and subtle on the nose with soft vanilla, light coconut and delicate white pepper notes. The palate is exceptionally smooth and creamy with gentle spice, hints of almond and a refined sweetness from the rye. The finish is long, clean and luxuriously balanced.
Food Pairings
Best enjoyed chilled or over ice, and pairs well with light appetisers, grilled prawns, fresh salads and charcuterie. It also works beautifully in creative cocktails, especially with tonic, soda or citrus-based mixers.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
