Gonzalez Byass Viña AB begins its journey in the Tio Pepe solera as a Fino sherry ageing under flor. After a minimum of four years, it is transferred to the AB solera for a further eight years of oxidative ageing. Averaging 12 years in age, this sherry is elegantly balanced, fresh, and lightly saline, making it an excellent match for mature cheeses and nuts.
