Finca Antigua Viura Sobre Lías is a distinctive white wine crafted from 100% estate-grown Viura grapes, sourced from the high-altitude single vineyard El Palomar at 2,700 feet above sea level.
 
Named after the old vines that define the estate, this wine is fermented at low temperatures with skin contact to highlight Viura’s expressive fruit and floral character. Aged sur lie for five months, it gains richness and complexity.
 
Brilliant lemon yellow in colour, it offers intense aromas of apricot, peach, pear, fennel and white flowers such as chamomile and jasmine, with subtle notes of cut hay and smoke.
 
On the palate, it is silky and full-bodied, balanced by lively acidity and a long, flavourful finish. A refined and characterful Spanish white.
