Harvested in mid-September, the grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing and cold settling before fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. After fine filtration, bottling takes place in February, preserving the wine’s fresh character.

This Picpoul de Pinet displays a pale yellow hue with green tints, offering distinct aromas of exotic fruits that evolve into floral notes of jasmine and roses.

The palate is balanced and intense, with a bright fruit expression at its core, complemented by the terroir’s signature minerality. A delicate floral bouquet with hints of lychee leads to a fresh, long-lasting finish, where lively acidity mingles with subtle notes of candied fruit.

Note:
Occasionally, a wine’s vintage or label may change without prior notice from the producer. We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date. If you receive a different vintage than the one ordered, it simply means the previous vintage has sold out.

If you require a specific vintage, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to meet your request.
