Taittinger Nocturne Champagne is a smooth and elegant “sec” style with a pale yellow hue, fine bubbles, and fresh aromas of white blossom, ripe fruit, and dried apricots.
 
On the palate, it’s mellow and fresh, with notes of raisins and syrupy fruit. Made from 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier, it offers a rounded, well-balanced profile with a 20g/l dosage.
