Production Notes
The grapes are harvested from selected vineyard sites and vinified separately before blending. Temperature-controlled fermentation helps preserve the freshness, varietal character, and aromatic intensity of the fruit. The wine is matured on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity while retaining its crisp profile.

Bright straw yellow in colour with aromas of citrus, white peach, pear, elderflower, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is fresh and lively with layers of stone fruit, citrus zest, delicate minerality, and a long, clean finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
