Made entirely from Chardonnay and vinified without oak, this wine highlights the purity, freshness and mineral character that have made Chablis famous worldwide. The cool climate and Kimmeridgian limestone soils give the wine its distinctive precision, elegance and chalky minerality.

Production Notes
The wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay grown on the limestone-rich soils of Chablis. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks without oak influence, preserving the purity of fruit, crisp acidity and terroir-driven mineral character for which Domaine Denis Race is known.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, white flowers and wet stone lead to a vibrant palate with lively acidity, chalky minerality and excellent freshness. Notes of lemon zest, grapefruit and subtle saline nuances carry through to a long, clean finish.
Food Pairings
An excellent partner for oysters, shellfish, seafood, grilled fish, sushi, fresh goat's cheese, roast chicken and light cream-based dishes. Its crisp acidity and mineral finish make it particularly suited to seafood cuisine.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
