Production Notes
The grapes are harvested early to retain natural acidity and freshness. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve delicate aromas. A small amount of natural effervescence is maintained through cold stabilisation, which enhances the wine’s lively and spritzy character. No oak ageing is used, ensuring a clean and youthful expression of the fruit.
Tasting Notes
Pale lemon in colour with a slight green hue, the wine opens with aromas of lime, green apple, and white blossom. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and subtly effervescent, featuring refreshing notes of citrus, pear, and a touch of salinity. A zesty acidity runs throughout, leading to a clean, invigorating finish with a faint mineral edge.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
