The distinctiveness of the G.H. Mumm vineyard is reflected in the final blend: a predominance of Pinot Noir, a strong presence of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Meunier.
To complete the union and ensure stylistic consistency, the cellar master adds 25% to 30% of reserve wine which brings additional complexity and depth to the final blend.
After several years of ageing, the light balanced dosage of G.H. Mumm expresses the identity of the cuvée, embodying both the character of the Champagne terroir and the talent of the winemaker.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
