Mumm vineyard is reflected in the final blend: a predominance of Pinot Noir, a strong presence of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Meunier.
To complete the union and ensure stylistic consistency, the cellar master adds 25% to 30% of reserve wine which brings additional complexity and depth to the final blend. After several years of ageing, the light balanced dosage of G.H. Mumm expresses the identity of the cuvée, embodying both the character of the Champagne terroir and the talent of the winemaker.
