Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its bright aromatics and lively acidity, it is an elegant, refreshing expression of Mosel Riesling with exceptional balance and ageing potential.

Production Notes
Produced from estate-owned steep slate vineyards in Erden, the grapes are carefully harvested and fermented at controlled temperatures to retain varietal purity. The wine is vinified in stainless steel, bottled under screw cap and made in a dry (Trocken) style with very low residual sugar, highlighting the natural minerality of Mosel slate soils.
Tasting Notes
Fresh aromas of lime, green apple, white peach and citrus blossom lead into a vibrant palate with crisp acidity, juicy orchard fruit, wet stone minerality and a long, saline finish that is both refreshing and precise.
Food Pairings
Excellent with oysters, grilled white fish, sushi, prawns, smoked salmon, fresh salads, roast chicken, pork dishes and soft goat's cheese. Its bright acidity also makes it an ideal aperitif.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
