Civimta Saperavi Special Selection is a concentrated dry Georgian red produced from carefully selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kakheti. Saperavi is a rare teinturier variety with colour in both its skins and pulp, resulting in deeply coloured wines with pronounced dark-fruit flavours, firm tannins and naturally lively acidity. This Special Selection expression offers greater depth and structure than a simple everyday Saperavi, making it suitable for rich food pairings and limited bottle development.

Made from selected Saperavi grapes and vinified as a dry red wine. Public sources do not specify whether this cuvée is matured in stainless steel, oak or traditional Georgian qvevri.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple-red with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum and violet, complemented by pepper, dried herbs and subtle earthy notes. Full-bodied and dry, with fresh acidity, structured tannins and a persistent dark-fruit finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
