Hand-harvested from small south-east facing vineyards in Carema (300–600m), this wine is traditionally vinified, fermented in cask, and aged for at least 48 months, including 30 months in large Slavonian oak.
 
The Carema Riserva is the finest barrel selection, showing pale garnet colour with aromas of red berries, lavender, damp earth, leather, and tar. Elegant and lithe, it offers refined tannins, balance, and length.
 
Perfect with red meat, game, hard cheeses, and dried fruit.
