Pol Roger Réserve Brut is the signature non-vintage Champagne from the distinguished, family-owned Pol Roger House, founded in Épernay in 1849. Presented here in an elegant illustrated gift box, it is a sophisticated choice for celebrations, gifting or serving as a premium aperitif. The cuvée is made in equal proportions from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, sourced from 30 carefully selected crus across Champagne. Pinot Noir gives structure and depth, Pinot Meunier contributes generosity and fruit, while Chardonnay brings finesse, lift and aromatic elegance. With a quarter of the blend made from reserve wines and four years of cellar ageing, this is a polished, complete and expressive Champagne with a superb balance between freshness, complexity and creamy texture.

Production Notes
The three grape varieties are vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. After blending and bottling, the wine undergoes its second fermentation and matures for four years in Pol Roger’s deep, cool cellars. Each bottle is traditionally hand-riddled before disgorgement and dosage.
Tasting Notes
Bright golden straw in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with pear and mango, followed by honeysuckle, white jasmine, vanilla and brioche. The palate is fresh and well structured, showing quince jelly, apricot jam, beeswax and acacia honey, with a long finish of candied orange peel, tangerine, cardamom and anise.
Food Pairing
Beautiful as an aperitif and versatile enough for a full meal. Pair with oysters, scallops, sushi, smoked salmon, roast chicken, seafood risotto, creamy mushroom dishes or aged Comté cheese.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. However, certain items like perishable goods and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
