Its vibrant combination of spicy ginger, bright acidity and gentle honeyed sweetness makes it a refreshing alternative to traditional alcoholic aperitifs.
Each 500ml bottle provides approximately 20 servings, making it ideal for refreshing alcohol-free drinks and creative cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Zingy and aromatic, with concentrated fresh ginger, zesty apple cider vinegar and mellow floral honey. A measured touch of chilli delivers gentle warmth and a lively, clean finish.

Made using organic British apple cider vinegar, organic ginger juice, ginger extract, blossom honey and chilli extract. The recipe contains natural ingredients without additives or preservatives.
Serving Suggestion
Pour 25ml of Mother Root Ginger over plenty of ice and top with approximately 150ml of chilled soda or sparkling water, following the recommended 1:6 dilution.
Garnish with fresh lemon, lime or ginger. It also works beautifully as the base for an alcohol-free Ginger Mule.
Food Pairing
Serve as an aperitif with olives, roasted nuts, mezze, grilled vegetables or fresh salads. Its ginger heat and refreshing acidity also complement spicy Asian dishes and lightly seasoned seafood.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
