Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
£35.99
Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, full-bodied Californian red produced by Michael David Winery in Lodi. Crafted from predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a small portion of Petite Sirah, the wine delivers concentrated dark fruit flavours supported by rich oak influence. Deep ruby in colour, it offers layers of blackberry, dark plum and mocha with a structured palate, firm yet silky tannins and a long, powerful finish. The wine is aged extensively in French oak, adding complexity, spice and elegance while maintaining the ripe fruit character typical of Lodi Cabernet.
