The wine is rich yet elegant, combining ripe dark fruit with savoury spice, refined tannins and excellent ageing potential.

Production Notes
The grapes are harvested from Lonesome Spring Ranch and vinified separately before blending. The wine is matured in French oak barrels to enhance complexity while preserving the vibrant fruit and classic Rhône character. Production is limited, with careful barrel selection to achieve balance and ageing potential.
Tasting Notes
Complex aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, violet, cracked pepper and baking spice lead to a full-bodied palate layered with dark berries, mocha, fig, savoury herbs and hints of smoked meat. Polished tannins and fresh acidity deliver a long, elegant finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
