Production Notes
Brewed according to the German Reinheitsgebot (Beer Purity Law) using wheat, malted barley, hops, water and yeast. Top-fermented with a traditional Bavarian yeast strain that produces its signature fruity esters and gentle spice notes. Naturally cloudy due to suspended yeast.
Tasting Notes
Hazy golden in appearance with aromas of banana, clove and light citrus. The palate is smooth and slightly creamy with soft wheat sweetness, mild spice and a refreshing, balanced finish.

We offer free next-day delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery fee of £10 applies. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Isles, and the Scilly Isles for £12, and to the Isle of Man for £20. Orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday, with cheese orders specifically dispatched on Wednesday and Thursday.
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Orders will be ready for collection one hour after placing the order. You can collect from our shop in Bromley Cross, Bolton, Wednesday to Sunday during our opening hours (Islington Wines).
