Jägermeister Manifest
£44.99
Jägermeister Manifest is the super-premium expression of Jägermeister, crafted from the original recipe of 56 botanicals and enhanced with additional botanicals, a fifth maceration, and an extended double-barrel maturation process. Unlike the classic Jägermeister, Manifest uses a fine wheat distillate aged in small toasted oak barrels, creating a richer, more complex and refined herbal liqueur with greater depth, spice and oak influence. It is designed to be sipped and savoured rather than consumed as an ice-cold shot.

Production Notes
Made from the original Jägermeister recipe of 56 botanicals, Manifest undergoes five separate macerations and features more than twice the botanical content of the original blend. A fine wheat distillate is matured for approximately 15 months in small toasted oak barrels, while the herbal base matures separately in large oak casks before the components are blended together.
Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of vanilla, cardamom, saffron, dried fruit and oak lead to a full-bodied palate with notes of anise, aromatic bitters, warming spices, dark chocolate, vanilla and barrel oak. The finish is long, smooth and complex with lingering herbal and woody characteristics.
Food Pairings
Pairs well with dark chocolate desserts, gingerbread, spiced cakes, roasted nuts, mature cheeses and rich after-dinner dishes. It also works exceptionally well as a digestif after a meal.

NOTE:
Occasionally, a wine’s vintage or label may change without prior notice from the producer. We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date. If you receive a different vintage than the one ordered, it simply means the previous vintage has sold out.
If you require a specific vintage, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to meet your request.

The History of islington Wines
Islington Wine — A Neighbourhood Wine Venture with Heart
Born from the passion of two wine enthusiasts, Islington Wine is more than just a bottle shop. It is the result of five years of dreaming, planning, and sourcing with purpose. Our founders left their careers to create something that would bring people together, support sustainability, and celebrate the beauty of honest winemaking.
Every detail of Islington Wine reflects that vision. The space is thoughtfully designed with an organic, natural aesthetic and shelves filled with handpicked bottles from producers who care for their land as much as their craft. We call it wine design, a blend of taste, community, and creativity that turns every visit into an experience.
At Islington Wine, you will find not only distinctive wines but also a welcoming space built on connection, sustainability, and local spirit.
