Hancock and Hancock Fiano is an Australian white wine from McLaren Vale made with Fiano, a white grape which is much more associated with Italy and, in particular the regions of Campania and Sicily. Fiano is currently pretty fashionable right now.
 
Hancock and Hancock Fiano is fermented in old oak barrels so that the fruit can fully express its varietal character.
