Our signature Hambledon Classic Cuvée, produced exclusively from our estate on the South East facing chalk slopes of Windmill Down in historic Hambledon, is a well-balanced blend of all three traditional grapes. Handpicked and aged for at least 35 months, it features vibrant, structured yet ripe acidity, with tasting notes that elegantly unfold to reveal layers of floral and stone fruit aromas.
