Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose, Gusbourne Rosé presents a palate bursting with bright red fruits, dominated by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries, and redcurrants, culminating in a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish.
Perfect for any occasion, this rosé has garnered a dedicated following from Flemings Mayfair to the Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford, and its fruit-forward character pairs seamlessly with fresh salads, light cheeses, and summer fruits.
Crafted from 60% Pinot Noir, 39% Chardonnay, and 1% Pinot Meunier, with an alcohol content of 12%, this wine boasts a titratable acidity of 8g/l, residual sugar of 8.7g/l, and a pH of 2.95.
Produced through meticulous processing, including whole bunch pressing and natural settling for 24-36 hours, followed by a 10-day fermentation at 18-20 degrees C using specialist sparkling wine yeast, and bottling on May 9th, 2017, with 100% malolactic fermentation.
Note:
Occasionally, a wine’s vintage or label may change without prior notice from the producer. We do our best to keep our website accurate and up to date. If you receive a different vintage than the one ordered, it simply means the previous vintage has sold out.
If you require a specific vintage, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll do everything we can to meet your request.
