Domaine J.A. Ferret - located in the Mâconnais - was founded in 1840 and is currently owned by Louis Jadot. It is run by Audrey Braccini, who has started the conversion of 20-hectare vineyard to biodynamic viticulture. Pouilly-Fuissé 2016 comes from one of the most prestigious denominations of Mâcon, south of Burgundy.
 
Fresh, unctuous and balanced, it is the ideal companion for oysters and seafood.
