The Domaine owns 10 hectares in Côte-Rôtie, divided into 35 parcels, each harvested, vinified, and matured separately before blending into the "Mon Village" cuvée.
 
Deep purple-ruby in color, it offers a fragrant nose of black cherry, bramble fruits, florals, and spice. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant, with intricate layers of flavor, fine texture, and a long, focused finish.
