Sensations: Complexity of aromas of spices, dried flowers, undergrowth and exotic spice sensations. Excellent concentration of fine, aggressive tannins. Length and persistence of taste typical of a great wine.
	
Vinification: Aged 36 months in large 5000L Slavonian oak casks and then in the bottle.
